Kaddoura has worked in the restaurant and franchising industries for his entire career, starting in the U.S. as an investment and business development manager for Donaldson Properties, a leading real estate and management firm. He has been an operator of several restaurant franchises including Checkers – as well as the member charged with managing several real-estate projects for the development of the Checkers Restaurant Franchise in the Southern Region of the U.S. Kaddoura has also served as the senior marketing manager for McDonald’s Corporation, Middle East, where he was responsible for introducing and developing the brand across the region. In addition, Kaddoura has served as the food business development manager for Master Foods Middle East, where his primary responsibility was to establish the food division while running a multi-functional team, with responsibilities for sales, marketing, R&D, human resources and manufacturing.

As a co-founder at HCS Hospitality Concepts and Solutions, Kaddoura has also acted as the master franchisee or franchisor in the MENA region for brands including Auntie Anne’s Soft Pretzels, Outback Steakhouse, BiCE, Entrecôte Café de Paris, Chocolate Bar, Café Ceramique, and others. And, as the co-master licensee for King-Casey in MENA, he is also able to tap extensive expertise in the areas of restaurant design and development, with a client list that includes A&W, Al Baik, Al Nukaly, Arby’s, Boston Market, Culver’s, Denny’s, Dip n’ Crunch, Dunkin’ Donuts, KFC, Pizza Hut, Yoshinoya, and many others. He holds a Hotel Management Diploma, Bachelor of Business Administration from Les Roches Switzerland, and has attended Executive Development Programs and General Managers Programs at Cornell University. He holds a Masters in Business Administration and Masters in International Business Tampa University.
